If you are getting ready to go on a trip and you remember that you purchased your GPS unit over a year ago, you might be thinking that those maps might not be accurate any more. That US$48 update price is probably right on the border of being reasonable: if it was any more you might as well go get a new GPS receiver, at that price you'll probably just purchase the map update.
These models normally have built in game analyzer, more hazard info per hole, and can store up to 300,000 courses. The courses on these models have often been ground verified and is more accurate to the yardage than the more cheaper GPS in the market.
Long about 0200 (that's 2 A.M. for you landlubbers), I heard a clanging topside and opened the cabin door to see what was going on. It was raining so hard that I quickly thought the better of that idea. The boat was listing over at about 25 degrees and I just didn't feel like "a dip in the pool" at that time of the morning. Whatever was making that racket, we'd find it at first light.
There you go - a few good ideas for finding the Garmin nuvi best price possible. But don't hesitate - get after it now - or you might be hearing that dreaded phrase "Sorry, sold out"!
