DayZ Stand Alone Game Release Delayed

- DayZ has become the latest example of community-driven game design and its popularity continues to increase ever since it was recently announced that theARMA 2 mod would become a standalone game. Bohemia Interactive andDayZ creator Dean Hall are hard at work with their six-person team of programmers (supported by Bohemia Interactive's other internal departments) planning out and developing the first build of the game with plenty of features new and old built from the scratch.
The 7 months is pretty interesting also because if you look at the first album released by Makaveli aka 2pac after his death the title is "The Don Killuminati The 7 Day Theory." Tupac had changed his name to Makaveli similar to the 16th century philosopher Machiavelli who faked his own death. None of this would be possible if DayZ changed its present core mechanics or started imposing too many restrictions. I'm all for different server modes, after all that's what self-hosting is for, but I love PvP DayZ and hope it will always remain this harsh and thrilling setting of basic social mechanisms. Traveling Chernarus, like Minecraft before it, has made me keenly aware of the things I miss in other MMO sessions - Having done all these steps the game should launch and you should be able to log into the 507th servers, which brings us to the third step! Unfortunately whenever you change or update the single player mission file it tends to have problems with existing save files. You either won't be able to load the save file at all or you'll be able to load it, but you won't be able to use any of the new features or the results may be unpredictable. This also happens when there's an update for the main DayZ files as well. Although it seems pretty daunting to download the files and install them yourself, it's actually not so bad. Just download each file and uncompress them to a folder. Put all the files in this folder and call it "addons" - without the quotation marks and with a lower case 'a'. Now put that folder inside another folder called "@DayZ" - again without the quotation marks.
What I am hoping for; is that some of the people of Impacted that own DayZ take a moment of their time to get together and attempt to survive the post zombie apocolyspe together. Anyway, I'm not sure if the game will be much more than a one or two night trial with it not having multiplayer, I see people getting bored pretty quickly.
