The Sims 2 Exchange (there is also a Sims Exchange)
By: FBaley Added: 26-06-14
If you're stuck in a neighborhood with no more story left, or you simply need some new DNA in those gene pools, the Sims Exchange can be a valuable online Sims resource.

Located on the main site (thesims.com or thesims2.com), you can find Sims created by users all over the world. You can find anything from a superhero to an elf. Want your next generation to have a different skintone or facial features? The exchange will give you thousands of choices.

I've found myself downloading a lot of sims lately, in particular those with interesting eyes and clothes-- this is different than what I used to do. I used to download hair specific sims. I found an amazing skin on the exchange which featured a tatoo-rich skin which I am looking forward to using in one of my neighborhoods.

The whole idea with the sims is to have fun and use your imagination. Seeing what other people are doing and be inspired is only one component of expanding your sim adventures.
